Proper training is essential before starting a poultry farm. Raising poultry may seem easy, But it is difficult to make a profit from its farm. Poultry Farm Training Centers
There is an opportunity to take training on poultry farms in Bangladesh both publicly and privately. If we want, we can start a farm with training from these training centers. However, all training depends on the student’s attention, interest and effort.
One thing to keep in mind here is that don’t think that you have learned everything by watching YouTube videos. Because, different youtubers of different professions make videos on YouTube to increase their followers and earn income. And there is a lot of misinformation as well as a lot of important information is not given there.
Youth development training
The Department of Youth Development (Jubounnoan) of Bangladesh provides training on broiler and layer poultry in different periods throughout the year. Many do not get the opportunity to take training despite their desire as they do not have the right idea about the training system. No matter what age you are, you can take any training in youth development.
Poultry Farm Training for Youth Development is basically in two categories. One is institutional training and the other is informal or mobile training. Bangladesh Youth Development Department has offices in every district and upazila. You have to go to all these offices and talk to the officer in charge. They will cooperate with you with the right information.
Institutional training in youth development
Residential (free accommodation) and non-residential institutional training courses on poultry are introduced through the Youth Training Center and the Office of the Deputy Director, run by the Department of Youth Development under the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
Loan facility for institutional training
In case of institutional training, the loan facility is not more than Rs. 50,000 in the first phase, not more than Rs. 75,000 in the second phase and a maximum of Rs. 75,000 in the third phase.

Youth development training
Under the informal training courses, unemployed youth are provided 7 to 21 days training in various trades including poultry based on local demand. This mobile training program is conducted by an expert trainer in the relevant field by organizing unemployed youth and young women in any area of the concerned upazila on the sole initiative of someone or on the initiative of a voluntary youth organization or on the initiative of the Department of Youth Development.
Positive youth development training
In this case schools, colleges, madrasas, club houses, union council offices, any convenient house in the area are used as training venues subject to permission. On the last day of the training, each trainee is given a certificate.
Loan facility for poultry training
In case of mobile training, loan facility is available not more than Rs. 30,000 in 1st phase, not more than Rs. 35,000 in second phase and maximum Rs. 40,000 in third phase.

Rules for getting youth loans
- Youth Certificate Trained by the Department (Original Certificate of Training to be submitted).
- Must have experimental practical project on trained subject.
- There will be a third party money guarantor who will guarantee the loan with a non-judicial stamp of Rs 150.
- The amount of money that will be expected to be borrowed is at least double the amount of money that the guarantor has to submit to the original deed of real estate or a certified copy of the deed, the latest pamphlet and the latest submission.

Central Cow Breeding and Dairy Farm Savar, Dhaka. It is an institution of Bangladesh Sarbar which has advanced training system for farmers including modern dairy farms. With short term poultry farm training you can easily start your own poultry farm business.
You will not need much supervision to train here. They will call you at a convenient time by going to the Central Cow Breeding and Dairy Farm website and filling up the training registration form.

Upazila Livestock Office
Farmers of duck, chicken, pigeon, quail, turkey, partridge etc. can also take training very easily through the Upazila Livestock Office. If 10-12 farmers come together for training and meet the Upazila Livestock Officer, he will take appropriate measures for the training of the farmers. Although such training is short-term, it does not cost much money and sometimes the honorarium is paid to the trainees.
